Our terms governing the supply of EPOS systems, software and services

1. Quotations

1.1 All quotations are valid for 21 days from dispatch.

1.2 Prices exclude VAT and may be adjusted if supplier costs increase before supply.

1.3 Customers will be notified of price changes and may cancel their order.

1.4 Programming quotations cover initial setup only. Further changes are chargeable.

1.5 Included training applies only to initial agreed training.

2. Uncompleted Work

CNS Systems reserves the right to charge for work carried out and goods supplied if requested work cannot be completed.

3. Claims and Liability

CNS Systems shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits, contracts, business interruption or data corruption, whether arising under contract or tort.

4. Payment

Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate plus debt recovery costs under Late Payment legislation.

5. Warranty

Goods must be inspected within 7 days. Equipment is guaranteed for the agreed period provided repairs are carried out by CNS Systems.

6. Internet and Network Requirements

Customers are responsible for suitable internet and network infrastructure including dedicated VLAN/network separation. CNS Systems is not liable for issues caused by poor connectivity.

7. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

8. Promotional Material

CNS Systems accepts no liability for inaccuracies in manufacturer promotional material.
